Mattocks Family News

Just thought I would post a tiny bit before I go to bed. I should be in bed long ago but was reading a good book and just finished it and so I am still up and it is 2am.
Spent the day with mom.
She fixed us lunch and then we decided to go spend a few hours at the DMV. Felt like I was at the welfare office, weird but seems as if that is the only kind of people that go do stuff there and the whole city of them were there today. One of the employees there said it had been that busy all day, but then it is every time I have ever been there. And I had to go there because had to do address changes so couldn't renew anything online or at the kiosk but I made sure while I was there that I took care of everything for the truck so that next month when I have to renew it I can just do it online and not have to deal with all that mess.
So after that we went back to moms and played Wii Fit and then I made some potato salad and then we went to prayer. After prayer, back home to eat dinner and play more Wii, played Wii till about midnight and then I came home and was going to go to bed but then decided to read for just a little bit and it turned into more than a little and I have just now finished.
Dallas will be home sometime today. I sure he will have lots of stories and hopefully very few lost items, but I am sure that is wishful thinking on my part. So I guess just so he comes home with his suits and my suitcase. LOL
I hear a few went and had a good time at the Rodeo tonight. Must be nice. But I didn't care to go by myself, just me and Coda. Didn't need to waste the money anyways. Bills to pay and gas to buy and with diesel prices going up the way they are I better start saving or get me a mope-head with a side car.
I better hit the sack I suppose. Mom has me doing yard work tomorrow, pulling up a tree no less. Hopefully she doesn't call to early. haha
