Well here I am finally updating

The week of September 27th was a busy, fun, exciting week of lots of company. I love company!
It started with Grandpa and Grandma arriving on Monday! I ended up over at moms every morning after getting the boys off to school. We went shopping, sight seeing, a game of balderdash (haha) eating of course, got a game of bowling in and as you will see in the pictures below we went black light golfing. We had lots of great fun!
Then on that same week we got a call from my dads great friends from Louisiana(which makes them ours too :-)) They were headed our way on their motorcycles and would be here Friday.
They ended up getting here on Thursday. So we got my house all ready for all of them. Nolan, Iris, Danny, Elsie and Red. They arrived and stayed here at my house for that night and me and the boys went and had a slumber party at moms with Mom, Grandpa and Grandma. Then Grandpa and Grandma were scheduled to leave on Friday morning for thier long drive home and so everyone moved to my moms house and Dad arrived home Friday night. Saturday they all took the motorcycles up to Tahoe. Of all times they got rained on after we had told them we don't get too much rain. After that it rained for 2 days straight. Red was antsy and so took off to Vegas while the rest tried to wait it out but by Monday morning it was still nasty although not raining that morning so they left and ended up having to hole up again a few states over due to a hail storm. Needless to say they encountered bad weather on their way home.

So other than that week we have kept pretty busy, mostly with getting ready for WCC. The boys have no suits, well Dallas in particular. So we put a few on layaway. And I've been too much of a shop-a-holic lately. Me who hates to shop. My mom said its because I'm finally getting skinny again. I have to agree. When I'm overweight I have absolutely no interest in shopping but I've been working hard and am getting myself back down to where I'm supposed to be. Although tonight I was terrible and had a Sonic Sunday. UGH It was good though. Hahah

Besides WCC to look forward to there is of course Thanksgiving which means 4 days off for Travis to be home. Then boys go on break for 5 weeks then. After that is the Christmas Parade on the 4th, starting next week we will be swamped with practicing for that. Then I will probably head to Washington for at least a week or so. Amidst all this I have to find time for Christmas shopping. Then of course there is Christmas and New years. In January I am flying to Washington with mom to stay with Travis for a bit to go to Travis' company party.
And in February we are taking a vacation to Louisiana. The whole family. Going to stay down there with the friends that were just here. They have been here a couple times so now its our turn to go see them besides family that lives there too. Travis and Ana and the kids have never been so we are all excited over it I think. Well I am if noone else it. Haha
Then comes May not long after that. And that is when the fun begins. I get to be an Auntie! We still don't know what it is yet but we are all so excited for Josh and Ana. Coda is very vocal that it has to be a boy so he can play with it. Dallas doesn't say too much except today he did tell Coda quietly that they could play with it if it were a girl too ya know!. LOL Kids are funny. But Coda is definitely rooting for a boy. Either way is fine for me, a new baby will be fun be it boy or girl and Josh is already dreading how mom and I will spoil. Well what does he expect, there hasn't been a baby for almost 8 years in this family as Coda was the last one. haha

So anyways that is the news for now I think.
Its Friday night and Travis didn't come home this weekend and Mom is in Washington. Sonia just left the house not long ago. The boys were tired and both out by midnight I think.
Sonia has been bugging me for ages to update so I decided she was right and I should so here I am at 1:30am blogging. Haha

Here is the rocket ship. Haha. This is Nolan's bike if one can call it that. It is called a Stallion. With a trailer being pulled behind that has a garment bag in it a cooler attached and room for suitcases. Now that's biking in style huh!!!

This is Red's bike. Looks like a fire engine motorcycle and he's as proud of that thing as a man can be.

This is Danny's bike. Which he termed ugly. I'm not sure I would agree but I guess he was comparing it to his other 2 brother's bikes. Haha

Coda was quite intrigued with the way they talked. Haha Danny tried to teach him how to talk like him. It was quite humorous. Sonia said she wanted to come over so she could hear my Louisiana friends talk. LOL We all love them to pieces.
