Our vacation is almost here!!!!!

Today I goofed off all day and only got a little done but oh well, I'm fast and so I will have everything done by the time Travis gets home tomorrow night.

The boys had a 2 hour delay for the 2nd day in a row. Been too icy in the mornings for the buses to run so school hasn't started till 11. That's been kinda nice. I am thinking tomorrow morning will be the same since it snowed a wet snow all the live long day so everything was wet and now it is probably freezing.

Today Sonia and I went to my most favorite place. Genghis Grill! It was our second visit this week. I usually don't go there because I'm dieting so Applebee's is the hang out because they have food under 500 calories. But this week I have been terrible. only made it to the gym one day this week and been eating like a horse!

So then we got he boys and did some errands, I didn't realize but Dallas has been subsisting on 2 pair of jeans and a pair of warm up pants. Poor kid. Well I didn't realize it was that bad but knew he was not going to have enough clothes for a change of clothes every day of our vacation. So I went and bought him 2 pair of pants. We get home and are packing and find that he had 2 pair and then we had bought 2 pair and so now tomorrow I am going to have to go buy 3 more pair since I don't know if we will be able to do laundry. UGH Kids just grow forever more fast and I didn't really realize it because I do laundry every night and so he just always has a pair of pants and so never said anything and most jeans look the same to me so I didn't notice.
Then much to the boys excitement we had to go shoe shopping because Dallas has been wearing a pair of Payless shoes which he says hurt his feet. So we go to Ross, no luck, payless, no luck. So we go to check out the clearance rack and Vans. And of course they would have buy one get one 50% off. And how do you just buy one pair of shoes without taking advantage of the sale. So even though Dakota didn't need another pair of shoes, he always seems to have a ton of shoes, Guess his feet don't grow as fast or something so anyways they each got a new pair of shoes. They were quite disappointed to hear me say they couldn't wear them to school tomorrow though. LOL

The boys are totally syked about the trip and been talking non stop about all the soda they are going to drink on the plane and discussing which of them remember the most about the airplane bathroom and how they are going to check it out and they wonder does it have a hole in the top like a honey bucket you know since it is so small they think. It's been funny to listen to. Dakota has flown most recently although it was a couple years ago and Dallas flew when he was about 5 so Dallas is relying on Coda's memory of the plane bathroom experience and its all quite hilarious. I have stayed out of it all and just listened.

Our N.Y. trip has been postponed to April, which will probably work out better anyways since I will be in Washington and so can just leave out of Seattle and the boys can hopefully stay at Cyndi's or some other family member.

Well I am almost all ready but a few more things to throw in my suitcase so I better get off here. The boys are all packed except for the pants I have to get Dallas tomorrow and I just have to stick my church clothes in the suitcase and gather all my toiletries and we will be all ready to go.

I guess we are checking our bags in bright and early and then going to breakfast. What a tired day. I guess one thing about it is they are 3 hours ahead of us so we will be going to bed early. Haha

So I will hopefully take lots of pictures and share when I get home.
