Yesterday we decided to go skiing with Josh and Ana
Coda wanted to learn snowboarding so Josh said he would take his day and teach him.
Coda did awesome!
He took one run to teach him the main things and probably by his 3rd run he was gone.
He had a blast.
By the middle of the day he was begging to do jumps, but since he had refused to wear a helmet I said no he could not. We are headed back up there tomorrow and he said he really needs a helmet because just going down the hill is really boring, he needs to be doing jumps so that he can work on doing a flip next. BE STILL MY HEART! EEKS
I told mom she now knows what to get Coda once he becomes a teenager, Josh said we would have to put a GPS on his car lest we think he's at school and he's up on the mountain. Haha
Dallas stuck with skiing because I said Josh having to teach 2 probably wasn't the best. He told me last night he thought maybe snow sports just wasn't his thing. LOL But he's game to try again on Saturday.
I'm not the best for sure, specially only going once a year so sticking to the green and blue slopes suit me just fine. If I could get over my fear of falling I'd probably be fine. HAHA But I do get down the mountain and I do enjoy skiing a few times a year.
Here are the boys in line to get lift tickets
Josh and Ana
Anabel did so good with Dallas, So much patience! She stuck with him the whole day trying to teach him
On the lift
Dallas and I. It was so warm out. We had dressed thinking it was winter skiing and it was more like spring skiing so we were all super hot most of the day. LOL
