Mattocks Family News

Well, nothing really to blog about. The boys and I have just been staying home. The weather is starting to warm up a little!
Coda has been really sick. He got a bad headache Tuesday evening while we were out. We were at the library and he just laid right down there in the library.
I thought he was starting to feel better last night, he wasn't throwing up anymore at least but then he slept or laid on the couch most of the day again today and still has a fever. But he ate and drank some and we've been praying for him.
He wanted his Nana to come get him so she could make him toast, only she knows how to make it just right, I remember when I was sick I always wanted Grandma too. :-) so she came and picked him up tonight and is now taking care of the poor lil guy.
He wanted to go outside so badly yesterday and today and so both days he went out once and sat down and watched the kids play for about 5 minutes then he came back in and laid down.
So I've been going around with Lysol wipes and wiping things down in hopes that the rest of us don't catch this too.
The boys are enjoying their vacation, staying up late, sleeping in late and just doing their own thing with no school for now. Just a few more weeks then it's back to school for them.
I can't believe this will be Dallas last year of elementary school. I still haven't gotten him a Sax for hand. Ugh they r expensive! But he must have one by the second band class so I have less than a month to find one. Guess I better get a move on it huh. Lol
