We had Travs favorite meal tonight. Homemade salsa. Carne Asade tacos. Cotija cheese. They tell me it's goat cheese but I don't believe them but I did believe them enough to not eat the stinky stuff. 
We are about to go back to America though with some good old fashioned ice creamThe whole family loves this meal.
