Mattocks Family News

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Mom cooked a huge meal with all the trimmings. I suggested Gumbo for Thanksgiving but guess no one else thought that was a good idea. We got instead what normal people like. LOL Turkey, Ham, Mashed Potatoes, Yams or Sweet potatoes, (I'm not sure which they were, I can't tell the difference) Cornbread Dressing, Corn, Green Beans, Bread. Did I miss anything?

We were in charge of dessert so Trav made a pumpkin pie, I made a pumpkin cheesecake and bought dad a pecan pie and of course ice cream.

 Dad made us all some chex mix, our special holiday treat. He mixes all this stuff then adds a sauce and then cooks it in the oven

 Trav ate too much, it was scary the way he blew all up after eating all day. He is thankfully back to normal now

 On Saturday evening Dad and Mom took the boys to a play. (not fair!)

And here we are tonight with a very bright moon. The picture just doesn't do it justice but I had to take it anyways, it is so bright out tonight.
