Coda and I went to lunch today by ourselves. 

I think Trav better hurry home....LOL

 

So, life is moving forward as usual

I'm supposed to be trying to lose weight, but I've been only trying on occasion so I probably ought to get a little more serious about this. Wish I could drop it as easy as my husband. :-p

 

Trav is in Washington preaching a revival for his Dad.

Kids are back in school.

Mom is in Washington.

Piano lessons are progressing, and getting harder for all of us with more advanced stuff, I sometimes wonder if I'll ever be a good piano player, but I must keep trying and keep moving forward and practice, practice, practice....Learning to read sheet music makes me feel like a kid learning my ABC's all over again. LOL

Coda is convinced he won't ever be and doesn't even care to be, but someday he will thank me.

Dallas is just Mr. Music and is progressing well in piano, sax and school too.

 

The weather here is so cold I can't stand it any longer and cannot wait to be in warmer weather. I'm thinking once I get in the warmer weather I might just not come back. I saw tonight the low was supposed to be 0 as in Z.E.R.O.!!! My heater has been running almost non stop trying to keep my house at an even temp and I'm still cold, but then whats new right?

 

The boys only have 2 more weeks of school and then it's out for a month.

But they've only been back in school for 1 week from winter break so I don't think they've even thought about the break coming up really.
