We are all soo looking forward to our vacation!
Have the suitcases out, going to start packing on Thursday. The boys have most of their clothes all laid out, just have to get them organized and into suitcases....
My weight loss is not going as well as I'd hoped but I cheated this weekend and it gave me a boost and I was glad to see myself down some more this morning, I'm hoping for 3 more lbs but at the slow rate I'm going we shall see. :-p
I tried cutting out my tea and drank a gallon of water 2 days in a row. HA that was a joke, I gained a lb. Made me so aggravated I got me a nice big Rt 44 iced tea at Sonic today. LOL
Dallas has rehearsal #2 tonight for his concert with the high school honor band.
He played a special on his sax yesterday at church with Joel and Country. They did very good. Joel plays sax and Country plays trumpet.
Tomorrow we are going to go get Dallas some contacts. We wanted him to be able to wear sun glasses on the cruise so decided to try it out. He is super excited about it, he has been wanting contacts forever so we shall see how it goes. The Dr. said the appointment could be slow or fast, depends if he can put them in then take them out and then put them in again and however long it takes him to do that then that is how long it will take for the appointment. LOL He thinks he will be able to just do it in seconds after watching me do it for so many years. HA I remember my first time, I think it took me a half hour and I was older than him. LOL But he is always so confident about everything that he just might surprise me and be a pro right away. We are going to go with the day use, so he wears them for the day and tosses them that night. A little cheaper and less responsibility.
Well anyways I better go get ready to take Dallas to rehearsal.
