Field Trip

Our last day together. I miss her so so bad :-((

Today we took the boys and mom on a field trip to Yuma's Territorial Prison. They have to write an essay tomorrow as part of their school assignment on the experience which we all found very interesting and spent a couple hours exploring.

We all had to put on our prison garb and get our mug shot. This is the way they used to take them. Next to a mirror so as to also get their profile. 

I told mom she's a much too happy criminal. Lol

He would have made a great actor. He went in this cell and shut the door and then very loudly started sobbing and crying to where people were looking to see what was wrong. It was funny. 

Taking a rest

Afterward we walked down to the river and saw this engine. 

We then decided to go walk the old downtown Yuma. Here we are in front of the old post office.

I made her look like serious criminal this time. Haha

We had a wonderful day together and learned many historical things.
