I'm still counting down! :-)

The day is just gorgeous out, I went and sat outside some this morning with Trav while he was working on his dirt bike. He got it running! YAY!
Bruce is here with the boys and they have been having water fights, playing ping pong and having an all around great time outside. Josh and Anabel brought Zaylee over earlier. She's such a little angel, I just love her to death and love having her! She is currently taking a nap. :-)
I will have to have her come stay with me for awhile after I get back from vacation to give Josh and Anabel a break after having 3 kids for a week and a half. LOL

Today was baking day for our Amish Friendship bread. YUM! We all just love that up and it is always gone by the time the next baking day rolls around. If you've never heard of it, it is a 10 day process to make it so that is why we have a baking day every 10 days. :-)

Tonight is Trav and my night to cook. :-O So we pulled a tri tip out of the freezer and Trav is at the store now getting some other fixins, not sure if it was a good idea to send him to the store. I made him a list but usually when Trav goes to the store he comes home with half the store. ;-) Haha
Dad is cooking a roast tomorrow! Yum! Well I don't like the roast but I sure do like that roast gravy over some fluffy white rice.
There goes my diet for the weekend, AGAIN! Ahhhhh

I went to the library and picked out a bunch of stories on CD for Trav, He likes listening to them but I never know what to get so I just grabbed a bunch that looked good. Then I put them on the computer and then transfer to the ipad or his phone, probably the ipad this time since we have so many, they probably won't all fit on his phone. It is not hard, just time consuming, importing 1 CD at a time onto my computer. And considering sometimes he will listen to the first little bit and decide he doesn't like it I have to get plenty of variety. BLAH! LOL I don't mind though, I don't like listening to that stuff, I'd rather read it myself than someone else read to me so I have a pile of books, I guess I can't bring them all since that would weigh a ton. But we have an all day flight going and coming back so I have no doubt I will have plenty of time for reading at least on the plane. I will probably forget about books after that though. Oh Boy I am just so looking forward to this, It has been 4 years since our last cruise so I am in major cruise withdrawal. Haha JK

Anyways we've just had wonderful day just being at home, chatting with the neighbors, doing some stuff around the house. I just love family days like this, I hope to never take my life for granted. I am so blessed and I thank God every day for what he's given me, I'm talking like, a wonderful family, great neighbors, a cul-de-sac full of kids to keep mine occupied, hehe, a beautiful day in a beautiful state. Life is grand. And none of it would be mine without my beautiful God!
