A visit from Paw-Paw & Maw-Maw

Paw-Paw and Maw-Maws 60th anniversary was this month. Mom asked them would they like to do something special and they said they wanted to come see us. We were of course thrilled to death. I never dreamed they would ever get to see our church and our home in AZ. It was a very special time for us.
We spent a lot of time visiting and goofing off in their hotel room and of course I had all our eating out planned ahead of time. Haha that's what we do best right?
So we thought it would be interesting to see what I would look like bald and Paw-Paw with a cute hair style. That was scary. Lol
We loved having them here and I had a few of our church people come and tell me how much they really liked my grandparents. I was so happy for our church family to be able to meet more of my family.
This is the only group picture we got and it's not the greatest, the sun was in our eyes and the lady taking the picture had to keep taking it because she kept putting her finger over the lense haha so Maw-Maw had her eyes closed because of recent cataract surgery and Paw-Paw was only half smiling as he was trying to figure out the silly but sweet lady. The main thing tho is we were together and enjoying each other's company. Although I did not enjoy our choice of restaurants. Cracker Barrel is for sure my least favorite restaurant of all time. :-p

A huge thank you to mom for making it possible. She made the long drive to bring them here and takes such good care of them on a daily basis. I will cherish those days the rest of my life.
